Dr. Norris received her MD from UCHSC where she graduated with honors and went on to her Family Practice Residency at St. Josephs Hospital in Denver. Since residency, she has worked in a variety of medical settings including private practice on Whidbey Island in the Peugot Sound, a part-time physician for Kaiser Permanente in Colorado, and most recently serving as primary care doctor for the medically underserved on the border of Mexico near El Paso where Dr. Norris learned to speak fluent Spanish. She and her family plan to continue involvement on the border, as they enjoyed two years serving with International Family Missions and made many good friends there.
Dr. Norris and her husband both work part time and share the responsibility of raising six children. Having moved regularly for some years, and this area being home for much of their extended family, they are very excited to settle in Estes Park where biking, hiking, artistic and other interests are easily pursued.
